1. Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully confirmed.

In most cases, preparation takes around 24 business hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

During periods of higher order volume, processing may take longer. Some orders may also go through a basic verification step before being released for shipment.

Once an order is ready, it is assigned to a warehouse based on the delivery address. Because of this, the shipping origin may vary from order to order.

 
 
 

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Estimated transit time:

7–20 business days after dispatch

Some shipments arrive sooner, others take longer depending on the route and handling process.

Delays can happen due to:

• customs inspection

• carrier processing delays

• local delivery conditions

• weather or transportation issues
